This year’s Christmas Luncheon is being held at the PACIFIC GATEWAY HOTEL – VANCOUVER AIRPORT

Lots of PRIZES, a 50/50 CASH DRAW, & an EARLY BIRD DRAW of a 2 Person - Deluxe Emergency Survival Kit (value $199) for those that register by November 15th!

Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Check-in and Meet & Greet
  12:00 noon - Seating commences
  12:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Luncheon Service
Location: Pacific Gateway Hotel - Vancouver Airport,
Red Cedar Ballroom, 3500 Cessna Drive, Richmond, B.C.
Parking: Parking is free, however:

Price: Pionairs members/spouses: $25.00 per person, including tax & gratuity
  Non-Pionairs guests: $45.00
  Deadline for receipt of payment is November 29, 2018.
Refunds: Please note: once payment has been made, there will be NO REFUNDS!
Drinks: A cash bar will be available.
Menu: Buffet lunch including wild BC salmon, brined and roasted
turkey, stuffing, salads, vegetables and mashed potatoes
and gravy. There will be dessert platters for each table.

  There will be volunteers for anyone needing assistance to the buffet.
Check-in: Please proceed directly to the Luncheon Registration Desk prior to entering the dining facility.
Food Bank: Kindly consider bringing a non-perishable item or cash for the Richmond Food Bank.

BY CHEQUE:

  1. From the separate sheet enclosed, print and complete the registration form. To reserve a table for 10 it is essential that you make a single payment for the total amount of $250.00, together with all ten names in your group. If guests are included, calculate the amount owing at $25 for each Pionairs member/spouse and $45 for each non-member guest. Partial groups will NOT be considered.

  2. Make cheque payable to “AIR CANADA PIONAIRS YVR” in the amount of $25.00 per person ($45 for non-Pionairs guests). Do NOT use the Treasurer’s name on the cheque. Please note: NO POSTDATED CHEQUES.

  3. Mail cheque and registration to:
