The Air Canada Pionairs is a federally registered not for profit organization whose by-laws have been approved by the Corporations Directorate of Industry Canada. Its members are retirees of Air Canada, Canadian Airlines International and its constituent airlines. There are now over 16,000 Pionair Members from all over the world.


Purpose of the Corporation:


The Corporation's mission is to proactively advocate for our pension benefits with applicable government agencies and Air Canada, to preserve our aviation heritage, maintain close friendships, foster a spirit of mutual aid, support the welfare of the membership while maintaining a sound relationship with Air Canada.


Members have access to the following areas after logging in:


  1. The Pensioner’s Guide consists of the most requested information from our members. It has been compiled from various sources with topics you can read online or download by topic as a PDF file.
  2. Contact List: This area lists Pionair National and District contacts, their email addresses and phone numbers. If you have a question and are looking to contact a Pionair volunteer, either on a National level or District level this is the place to find them. You can either phone or contact directly from the web site.
  3. Pension Area - Access to Pension Related information from our Pension Group of volunteers.
  4. Discounts - an ever growing list of Discounts available to Air Canada retirees and/or exclusive to Pionair Members.
