About Pensioner’s Guide
Preamble
In 2004, the Central Ontario District created Info-Pack – a guide document with information on numerous topics of interest to Pionairs.
From 2007 – 2019, Jannet Tricarico, (Vancouver District) continuously optimized the information and this document has been progressively built up to be of great benefit to our members as a comprehensive and valuable resource.
With the update of our website in 2018, this document’s name was changed to Pensioner’s Guide.

The following data in this document contains information obtained from the Air Canada Aeronet Portal, the Pionairs National Newsletters, the Pionairs Website as well as other sources and lists valuable contacts you’ll need.
All these services include, but are not limited to, Pensions and Estate, Medical, Travel and other benefits, ‘HR’ Human Resources Department Questions, such as Address Changes, Name Changes, Death Notice, Marriage Changes, Lost or Damaged or Stolen I.D. Cards, plus lots more!
