To be recognized by Pionairs members, Air Canada, government agencies and the stakeholder community as an effective and influential advocacy voice for issues of importance to our members.

Mission

to proactively advocate for members’ pension and benefits with applicable government agencies and Air Canada;
to preserve our aviation heritage, and maintain close friendships; and
to foster a spirit of mutual aid and support for members while maintaining a sound relationship with Air Canada.
